Account responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the leagues, players, results, public board settings, and admin users they manage inside PaddleTime.

• Use accurate event data
• Review imports before applying them
• Keep admin access limited to trusted people
• Do not publish private player information without permission

Subscription access

Paid features require an active or trialing subscription. PaddleTime may lock admin edits when billing is past due, unpaid, canceled, incomplete, or unavailable. Public boards may remain available unless disabled by the organizer or restricted for policy reasons.

Service changes

PaddleTime may change features, pricing, or availability as the product develops. Existing customers should receive reasonable notice for material billing changes.

Support and disputes

For account, billing, import, or access issues, contact PaddleTime support through the support form with the organizer email, organization name, league name, and a description of the problem.
