Data PaddleTime stores
PaddleTime stores organizer account details, organization and league names, player names, leaderboard stats, check-ins, group settings, import history, audit logs, support requests, and billing identifiers from Stripe.

Last updated July 17, 2026. PBRS operates PaddleTime, which stores the data needed to run organizer accounts, leagues, imports, check-ins, groups, billing access, and public player boards.
Public boards
Organizers control whether league boards are public or private. Public boards may show player names, ranking order, PBRS, games, wins, losses, points, group assignment, and last updated information.
Billing data
Stripe handles payment details. PaddleTime stores customer and subscription identifiers so account access can be updated after checkout and webhook events.
Support requests
Support requests may include the submitter name, email, organization ID, league ID, issue topic, message, and browser details. PaddleTime uses that information to respond and troubleshoot account issues.
Access or correction
Organizers can update league data inside their admin workspace. For account, support, or data questions, contact PaddleTime support through the support form with the organizer email and league details.
