Allowed use

PaddleTime is for organizers managing sports rosters, event results, placement scores, check-ins, groups, and public player boards.

• Run real leagues or events
• Publish player boards with appropriate permission
• Invite trusted admins to help manage operations

Prohibited use

Do not use PaddleTime to harass players, publish sensitive personal information, manipulate results, impersonate organizers, or operate illegal gambling or wagering activity.

• No abusive or misleading player data
• No private personal details on public boards
• No unauthorized access to another organizer account

Organizer responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the data they import, the admins they invite, the ranking basis they choose, and the public visibility settings they use for each league.

Enforcement

PaddleTime may suspend access, lock editing, remove public visibility, or contact the organizer when account activity appears unsafe, abusive, or outside the intended product use. To report unsafe use, contact PaddleTime support through the support form.
